Video keeps buffering
Check your internet speed — 4K needs a fast, stable connection. Switch to FHD/HD on slower networks, or restart your router.
Channels won't load
Re-check your Server URL, Username and Password for typos — they're case-sensitive. Re-enter them carefully.
The app is frozen
Close and reopen the app. If it persists, restart your device, then open the app again.
Can't activate the app
Re-send your Device ID / Key screenshot on WhatsApp and we'll re-activate it right away.
